Exciting New Routes From London Heathrow
For the first time British Airways will operate a once a week service from London Heathrow Terminal 5 to Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. With the Zeta-Skadar National Park offering a selection of ancient monuments to visit, secluded beaches and great walking trails in easy reach of the city, this is a great addition to British Airways network. Also noteworthy is a once a week service to Pristina, Kosovo; with a superb selection of museums and galleries this is another great choice for a short break. Both destinations have a fllight time of 3 hours and will operate from July 4th to August 29.
Additional Italian City With BA
British Airways will link London with the Umbrian city of Perugia this summer. Services will operate three times a week from London Heathrow Terminal 5 on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays from July 2nd to August 31st. With the option of people watching in Piazza IV Novembre, or sauntering the city walls, this is a great choice for a short break with a flight-time of around 2 hours.
New Greek Island route from London Heathrow.
Between 4th July and 29th August British Airways will fly once a week on Saturdays to Rhodes from Terminal 5. This is a second option for customers who can already travel from London Gatwick South. With a flight duration of just over 4 hours, you can be meandering the ancient streets of Rhodes Town or sunbathing on Lindos Beach in no time!
BA Adds New USA Destination From T5
A new five day weekly service will operate all year route from London Heathrow Terminal 5 to Portland, adding a new vibrant city to British Airways USA folio. With summer days bringing the annual festival of balloons in July and their winter light festival to be enjoyed, this city is an all-year round destination to be visited in around ten hours. Flights will commence in June.
British Airways CityFlyer New Summer Route Launched.
It may be sadly months until the balmy days of summer, but that didn't stop British Airways announcing earlier this month a new summer route from London City to the Basque city of San Sebastian. The twice-weekly service will operate on Mondays and Fridays; include a Euro Traveller (Economy) and Club Europe (Business) cabin and will easily transport you to the beautiful beaches of Playa de la Concha and Playa de Ondarreta in just under two hours.
New Routes Launched For Air Transat
Semi-low-budget airline Air Transat is to add a second flight to Toronto from London Gatwick in 2020 there will also be flights from Glasgow and Dublin; three will also be three - to - five flights per week to Montreal from Gatwick.
British Airways Club Suite Launched.
Following a successful launch on short-haul flights from London Heathrow to Madrid, BA have unveiled their new club suite for business passengers in Club World on long-distance flights to Toronto, Tel Aviv. Dubai, New York and Bangalore. The new design includes direct aisle access flat bed & privacy sliding door. The Airline intends to add the suite to their Seattle route on 2nd January 2020, with Nairobi, Chicao and Abuja later on in the month, Kuwait, Boston and Jeddah in February and Philadelphia in March.
